Mr. William Lewis chose Hyden Health and Rehab for his short-term rehabilitation needs. He was admitted to our facility following a surgical procedure and hospitalization that resulted in an overall physical decline. He was unable to perform activities of daily living and ambulation at the level he was at prior to the hospitalization. Mr. Lewis was evaluated by our physical and occupational therapists and an individualized 6 day/week treatment regimen was established. With his determination and the skills of our therapist’s, Mr. Lewis was able to regain his strength and abilities and return home to his private residence in less than 2 weeks time.
