This evening, our facility celebrated Christmas with a gathering of employees who were able to attend. Looking around the room, you quickly realize how blessed we are to have each other. Working in a small facility, the love we have for each other is evident. We may not always agree on every situation but there is no doubt we all care for each other as well as the residents.

The Healthcare industry can be challenging but the challenges health care workers have endured the past two years has been overwhelming on the good days. I am so proud of each of our staff members and how they have responded and persevered during these times.

Thank you for all you do, all you have done and for your dedication to our facility. The hours have been many and long. For the staff who have recently joined our team, that you for responding to the need in your community. Thank you for your continued care of those residents who know you by name and you love.

We wish every staff member a joyous holiday season and May you receive a portion of the joy that you bring to so many each day.

Our Holiday party for our residents and staff were more than anticipated and we are so grateful for all the staff who make it happen. Heather Maggard and Karen Honeycutt coordinate every detail. They begin planning months in advance so everything perfect.

To all our staff – May God Bless you and may you realize the difference you make in the lives of our residents and coworkers.
