At Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are blessed to receive visitors throughout the year. Mountain View Elementary students, Dylan Baker, Emma Gay, Clay Melton, and Caroline Melton accompanied by their teacher Brigit Crisp personally delivered hand made gifts to many of our residents. The generosity of others really touches the hearts of our residents.
Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 94 bed care facility located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. Our facility was recently dubbed one of Kentucky’s top seven places to work. We provide our residents with physician services and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
