At Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center, we like finding creative ways to bring joy to our residents. Our residents love the new “Fur” Real pets as part of our activities program. The pets meow, purr, and roll over as the residents interact with them. The smiles on their faces are priceless.
Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 94 bed care facility located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. Our facility was recently dubbed one of Kentucky’s top seven places to work. We provide our residents with physician services and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
