LKLP Community Action Council is celebrating their 50th anniversary by giving back to their community. Our staff is very appreciative of the goodies and the last 28 years of service to our facility. Hyden HRC appreciates all of the help they have give us over the years.
Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 94 bed care facility located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. Our facility was recently dubbed one of Kentucky’s top seven places to work. We provide our residents with physician services and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
