Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center would like to welcome new staff members. We would like to introduce Hyden Health and Rehab’s new MDS Coordinator, Rosemary Oldham. Everyone help us welcome Heather Smith, Hyden Health and Rehab’s Accounts Receivable/Admissions Coordinator. We would also like to introduce Hyden Health and Rehab’s new Maintenance Director, Charles Gross.
Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 94 bed care facility located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. Our facility was recently dubbed one of Kentucky’s top seven places to work. We provide our residents with physician services and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
