Hyden Health and Rehab was honored to host the KAHCF Eastern District Meeting today. Thank you to all that attended. A special thanks to all the dietary staff and nursing home staff that prepared the food and assisted with decorating.
Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 94 bed care facility located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. Our facility was recently dubbed one of Kentucky’s top seven places to work. We provide our residents with physician services and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
