At Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center, we participate in a variety of activities around the holidays for residents and staff. Each year, we have an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest. The winners of the Ugly Sweater Contest this year are:

Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 94 bed care facility located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. Our facility was recently dubbed one of Kentucky’s top seven places to work. We provide our residents with physician services and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
