Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Leslie County, Kentucky, in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. We offer our residents many services including 24-hour nursing service, physicians, pharmacy and hospice care. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also provides physical, occupational and speech therapies for your loved one’s long term or short term rehabilitation needs.
