A big thanks to Hospice for hosting an ice cream social the other day for the residents and staff at Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center. Everyone greatly appreciated all you did for the facility and residents.
Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center
We provide 24-hour nursing care and long and short term rehablilitation services. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
