In honor of National Skilled Nursing Care Week and celebrating life’s stories the residents shared many memories about working in the garden. While shucking fresh corn and breaking green beans and peas the residents laughed and reminisced of times past.
Later in the week, the facility channeled the good ole days with soda fountains, root beer floats, and vinyl records brought back many memories of dancing, drive ins, and soda shops. We had such a great time today sharing stories of first dances, favorite float flavors, and collecting old coke bottles.
