Christmas center pieces and ornaments sit atop of the red tablecloths in the dining hall of Hyden HRC as residents and staff enjoy the facility’s annual holiday party. Down the hall, it wasn’t the sound of reindeer. It was the sound of Santa and his elves pulling a flatbed and going room to room to deliver gifts to the residents. The joy was just pouring out like Buddy the Elf’s maple syrup.
After enjoying a delicious Christmas ham, appetizers and treats, the staff and residents, along with their families, spent the evening showing off the gifts delivered from the North Pole and taking the time to recognize what a blessing 2017 has been for everyone at Hyden HRC.
