Skyanna Sutton, State Registered Nurse Aide, proudly wearing her grandmother’s certified medical assistant pin. Her grandmother, Charlene Couch, trained in 1988 and was a nursing assistant when our facility first opened in the fall of 1988 .

We provide 24-hour nursing care and long and short term rehablilitation services. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
